Hire dedicated app and web developers, or an offshore team

App and web developers — iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native, React and Node.js — from our in-house team in Rajkot, India: one specialist inside your team, or a dedicated team for ongoing work on your product. Your tools, your process, your priorities.

Ways to work with us

One developer, a dedicated team, or a long-term offshore team.

All three use the same in-house developers. The difference is how many people you need, how long for, and how much of the coordination you want to keep.

  1. Add developers to your team

One or more developers join your existing team. You set the priorities and review the work; they work in your issue tracker, repositories and stand-ups.

  2. A dedicated development team

Several roles — for example iOS, Android, back end and QA — working together on your product. You direct the roadmap; project-management support from our side can be agreed.

  3. Long-term offshore development

A stable team that stays with your product as it grows: continued development, maintenance and new features, month after month.

Hire by technology

The developers who can join your team.

What each role typically works on. Tell us your stack and the work, and we propose developers whose experience fits it.

  • Hire iOS developers

    Swift · UIKit · WatchKit

iPhone and Apple Watch apps, Bluetooth connections to devices, App Store releases, and continuing iOS apps another team built.

Led by Dharmesh, iOS Development Lead

  • Hire Android developers

    Kotlin · Java

Native Android apps and features, device connections over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and Google Play releases.

Led by Kinnari, Android Development Lead

  • Hire Flutter developers

    Flutter · Dart · FlutterFlow

One codebase for iOS and Android: new apps, features for an existing Flutter app, and extending a FlutterFlow first version with custom code.

  • Hire React Native developers

    React Native · JavaScript

Cross-platform iOS and Android apps and features — a natural fit beside a React web product.

  • Hire React developers

    React · Next.js

The front end of web applications: dashboards, customer portals, admin panels and the screens people work in every day.

  • Hire Node.js and back-end developers

    Node.js · PHP / Laravel · Python

The APIs, databases, admin panels and integrations behind web and mobile apps.

  • Hire full-stack web developers

    Front end · Back end

Complete web applications and SaaS products, from the interface to the database, for teams that want one developer across both.

  • Hire IoT and Bluetooth app developers

    Core Bluetooth · Android BLE · Wi-Fi

Mobile developers who work with connected hardware: pairing, live sensor data, device control and firmware updates from the app.

Case studies are linked where that technology or platform is on record. Client agreements keep much of our work private, so we talk through relevant experience before you choose anyone.

Who you deal with

Clear owners for the engagement.

Day to day, the developers follow your process. Around them, two people at Keshav Infotech own the relationship.

  • Dushyant Tank

    Dushyant Tank

    Head of Client Relations

  • Meera Oza

    Meera Oza

    Head of Project Delivery

Meera coordinates delivery across the teams: planning the work on each project, keeping it aligned with the agreed requirements and taking up any concern a client raises until it is resolved.

How it works

From first message to a working team.

  1. Tell us what you need

The skills, the kind of work, how many people and how long you expect to need them.

  2. Choose the developers

We propose developers whose experience fits your work, and you decide before anyone starts.

  3. Agree how you will work

Working hours that overlap with yours, the tools you use, how you report progress, and the contract terms.

  4. Work as one team

The developers work in your issue tracker and code repositories, take tasks from your backlog and can join your stand-ups within the agreed working hours.

  5. Adjust as you go

Add people, change skills or reduce the team as the roadmap changes, with notice agreed in the contract.

Choosing a model

Dedicated team or a fixed project?

A dedicated team suits ongoing work where priorities change and you want to direct the developers. A project suits a defined scope that we plan, manage and deliver.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Is this an offshore development centre (ODC)?

Many companies use that name for what we provide: a dedicated team in India that works on your product over a longer period. We provide it as a team inside our existing studio and company in Rajkot, not as a separate facility set up for you.

Can you provide a complete team rather than one developer?

Yes. A team can combine roles — for example iOS, Android, back end and QA — sized to your roadmap.

How soon can a dedicated developer start?

It depends on the skills and experience you need. In our first reply we say who could be available and when, before you commit to anything.

Will the developers work in our time zone, tools and stand-ups?

They work in your tools and process. The overlap with your working day is agreed for each engagement before it starts; our studio is in India (IST, UTC+5:30).

Can we scale the team up or down?

Yes. You can add people or reduce the team as your plans change, with the notice period agreed in the contract.

Who manages the developers day to day?

Usually you set the priorities and tasks, as you would for your own staff. We remain the employer and handle attendance; replacements and any project-management support are agreed in the contract.

Who owns the code and IP we create together?

Ownership is set in the contract before work starts. Tell us what your company needs — for example, all code and IP assigned to you — and we confirm it in writing.

Extend your team

Tell us who you need.

The skills, how many people, for how long, and how your team works today.
