What we collect

When you send the project inquiry form we receive:

  • your name and email address;
  • the project description and any optional details you add (goal, company or website);
  • the page you sent the form from, and the time it arrived;
  • your IP address, used to prevent abuse and spam;
  • how you found us, where known: if the page with the form was opened from another website, that website's name (for example a search engine) and the page's address on our site; any campaign tags in the page's address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign); and your answer to "How did you find us?" if you give one.

These source details are read from the page at the moment you send the form; nothing is stored in your browser for this. We do not ask for payment details or sensitive personal information through this website.

How we use it and where it is kept

We use these details only to reply to you about your project, to keep a record of the conversation and to understand which pages and links bring us inquiries. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

  • Your inquiry is stored in our internal inquiry system, including your IP address.
  • A copy, including how you found us, is kept in a private log on the server that runs this website. It records a one-way scrambled form of your IP address rather than the address itself.
  • A notification email with your inquiry is sent to our company inbox, hosted by Google (Gmail), where Ghanshyam Gadhiya, partner and CEO, reads it.
  • Short-lived anti-spam counters use a scrambled form of your IP address and are removed after about two hours.

We have not set a fixed deletion schedule. Inquiry details stay in these places until we delete them, for example when you ask us to. Backups of these systems may hold copies for a time after deletion.

Services that help run this site

  • Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. It processes technical request data such as IP addresses to do so.
  • Google (Gmail) hosts the company inbox that receives the inquiry notification email.
  • The website and its private inquiry log run on a dedicated server in the United Kingdom(Zare), administered by us. Our team works from India.
